Sleep and the Brain

We know Sleep is important for health: I created this image to emphasize an incredible benefit: "...sleep plays a housekeeping role that removes toxins in your brain that build up while you are awake."
Self-care includes sleep. I know I feel better when I sleep well. I know this is true for our loved ones with dementia.
